ABSTRACT

Equifax Canada's Decision Solutions group will present their clustering tool, Equifax Credit Behavior Segmentation (ECBS). ECBS is a powerful credit clustering tool that enables organizations to better qualify customers at the postal code level. The clustering system combines credit scores and credit file attributes to profile prospects and customers based on credit history. The solution is being used to assist organizations in assessing customer risk with limited access to credit information by aggregating credit information to the postal code level. This solution assists in increasing customer satisfaction by improved targeting and improving overall approval rates. Equifax will present case studies that demonstrate these objectives.
