(2) DOWNLOAD THIS FILE ONTO YOUR DEVICE (UNZIP IF NECESSARY). YOU WILL SEE TWO ICONS:

THEN, IN THE OPEN JUPYTER WINDOW, CLICK ON UPLOAD

select the file FirstSteps.ipynb from your computer (note: .ipynb extension, not the zip file); you will see

now click on the blue Upload button, and the file is in your directory:

Double-click on it to open it, you will see:
