Moving to gitlab

Earlier this week, I realized that I had lost access to all private wikis on my github repositories, because github for educators does not give full privileges anymore, or something like that… Gitlab seems much more supportive of open-source project, so I moved all my repositories to gitlab. The new canonical repository for mef90 is now https://gitlab.com/mef90/mef90. Other repositories live in https://gitlab.com/blaisebourdin.

I don’t like cats anyway…
